Great Place to Build! To attract business, the City of Highland promotes its greatest assets: quality homes and residents with growing incomes. This is reflected strongly in the City of Highland Mission Statement, which in conjunction with the Highland Area Chamber of Commerce promotes "COME HOME TO HIGHLAND." This program serves as an Action Plan for City staff to follow in reviewing all commercial and residential projects. |
